Prices

LEISA FLANNERY reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site and in our catalogue at any time. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered. Advertised prices are in Australian Dollars and are all inclusive of GST. Sometimes typographical or human errors may occur, in which case we will try our best to quickly rectify, but we hold no responsibility for.

All prices are inclusive of the 10% GST charge on purchases.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and all orders will be charged in Australian dollars.

Credit card security

Order Acceptance

Once an order has been placed with LEISA FLANNERY on-line store, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. This email does not promote acceptance of the order, it is simply a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless an order is cancelled by you, the buyer, order acceptance does not occur until LEISA FLANNERY has emailed you informing you that your order has been dispatched. Once this has occurred, the sale contract has concluded.

If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or in the case where we may suspect fraudulent use of credit card – we reserve the right to not accept your order. We also reserve the right to not accept your order if certain shipping restrictions apply for the area of delivery, or if the item ordered is out or stock or withdrawn from sale for any particular reason. Returns & Exchange Policy

All items that are to be returned or exchanged must then be sent to LEISA FLANNERY Head Office within 14 days of receiving the RAN.

If you wish to exchange an item please clearly state so when you email shop@leisaflannery for your RAN. Exchanges will only be given to products purchased on the LEISA FLANNERY Online Store.

"Proof of Purchase" is needed for any return. This can be in the form of a receipt, email confirmation receipt from LEISA FLANNERY, bank statement or delivery note.

All exchanges and returns purchased on this website must be returned to this website. All exchanges & returns purchased from a separate boutique/store will need to be returned to the place of purchase and will be governed by that businesses relevant terms & conditions.

All items must be returned unworn, unmarked and in their original condition. The Product must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure it is fully protected in transit as LEISA FLANNERY does not accept liability for any returned items until they are safely received at the returns address.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Upon receipt of the Product by LEISA FLANNERY, LEISA FLANNERY will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.

International returns must be clearly marked by you as a return on the courier company's consignment note. Products that are not clearly marked as a return may endure possible customs duties & taxes. Any duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser not LEISA FLANNERY
